Kuala Lumpur March 27 — China Ambassador to Malaysia, H.E. Bai Tian attended the donation ceremony of medical supplies to Ministry of Defence . These supplies are jointly donated by Chinese Embassy, Beibu Gulf Holding (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Malaysia-China Kuantan Industrial Park, Tencent Holdings Ltd, Fosun Foundation. Defence Minister, Dato’ Sri Ismail Sabri bin Yaakob received the donation.
Bai said in the interview later that we hope these 550,000 face masks and 50,000 N95 masks can humbly contribute to the fighting against Covid-19 in Malaysia. He also shared the inspiring news that the medical supplies aided by the government of China will arrive in Kuala Lumpur tomorrow. Foreign Minister Dato’ Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein will receive the supplies on behalf of the government of Malaysia. We hope these supplies coming tomorrow can provide strong support to Malaysia in fighting against COVID-19. “Bukit Sama Didaki, Lurah Sama Dituruni”, said Bai Tian, “China will always stand together with Malaysia to win this battle that concerns people’s happiness and safety”.
