PETALING JAYA，Oct 6: The health ministry has again recorded triple-digit Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours, with a record high of 691 new cases.
This includes three imported cases and 688 local transmissions.
Health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said this brought the total number of Covid-19 infections to 13,504.
He also said 87 people were discharged, bringing the number of recoveries in the country to 10,427.
He also reported four deaths.
