KUALA LUMPUR，Oct 26 – The Umno Supreme Council will tonight decide its stand on several matters in relation to the country’s political development, said Datuk Seri Najib Razak.
The former prime minister, however, did not say exactly what these matters are.
“We have not yet decided on anything. We were just gathering opinion and feedback from Barisan Nasional MPs on our stand and direction,” he told reporters after the coalition’s meeting of its lawmakers at Putra World Trade Centre here today.
“However, the final decision will be made at tonight’s Supreme Council meeting.”
Meanwhile, Gua Musang MP Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah acknowledged that Umno MPs brought up the party’s position with regard to cooperation with Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin at this afternoon’s meet.
