PUTRAJAYA, April 28 — The RM70 million allocation for Data and Appointment System Integration involves system integration and development of an intermediary system to facilitate registration of vaccine recipients and monitoring of vaccine supply from receipt until completion of the full dose of immunisation at every vaccination centre (PPV), said Khairy Jamaluddin.

The National COVID-19 Immunisation Programme Coordinating Minister said among the system to be developed under the Data and Appointment System Integration is management and monitoring of the immunisation programme’s progress as well as development of a dashboard for daily reporting.

Also to be developed are system integration for linking the MySejahtera data base with existing systems at the Health Ministry (MOH) pharmacy, development of Chatbot system, development of vaccine registration portal website, and system of logistics management and vaccine delivery network, he said.

It also involves development of integration of digital passport system in MySejahtera, procurement of Queue Mobile management system for PPV and sending of SMS and telephone calls on vaccination reminders between five and 10 times for each person, he added.

“The National COVID-19 Immunisation Programme to be carried out throughout this year will definitely require a sufficient amount of allocation for it to be conducted properly and orderly,” he said in a statement today on questions raised in social media regarding the RM70 million allocation for Data and Appointment System Integration.
