KUALA TERENGGANU, May 29 — The public is invited to visit the service counters of government ministries and agencies during the Keluarga Malaysia Aspiration (AKM) Roadshow at the Terengganu State Sports Complex in Kuala Nerus, near here, from June 2 to 4.

The Terengganu State Secretary’s Office Corporate Unit said in a statement that several ministry counters would be opened, including the Housing and Local Government Ministry (KPKT), Higher Education Ministry (MoHE), Education Ministry (MOE), Home Ministry (KDN) and Communications and Multimedia Ministry (K-KOM).

A career carnival would also be held to match jobseekers with numerous employment opportunities suitable to them. Other programmes that will be held include a general sale programme, a Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) Entrepreneurs sales event, traditional games, e-sports and state cultural performances.

Performances will also be held at the Keluarga Malaysia Citarasa Mini Stage, including demonstrations on pastry-making and Terengganu traditional delicacies, air science demonstrations ECER training and entrepreneurship programmes.

Outdoor activities held include the launch of E-Beca at Pasar Payang, a lifelong learning programme the Kuala Terengganu Community College and the Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT) Outreach programmes in Kuala Nerus and here. Also, the Zikir Berkah Terengganu Berselawat Night will be held in the evening of June 2.

The AKM Roadshow is a continuation of the 100-Day Keluarga Malaysia Aspiration programme held at 14 locations nationwide.

The objective of the programme is to ensure that all Malaysians can understand the Keluarga Malaysia concept better.
