KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 9 — Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah granted an audience to Communications and Multimedia Minister Tan Sri Annuar Musa at Istana Negara here today.
The Communications and Multimedia Ministry, in its official Facebook post, said Annuar, who is chairman of the Main Committee on National Day and Malaysia Day 2022 (HKHM 2022) Celebrations, spent almost an hour briefing Al-Sultan Abdullah on preparations for the National Day 2022 celebration to be held on Aug 31 at Dataran Merdeka here.
Also present at the audience was ministry secretary-general Datuk Seri Mohammad Mentek, who is also HKHM 2022 Technical Committee chairman.
The National Day and Malaysia Day 2022 celebrations are themed ‘Keluarga Malaysia Teguh Bersama’.
The Malaysia Day celebration will be held in Melaka on Sept 16.
