PETALING JAYA，Nov 19: The health ministry has reported 1,290 Covid-19 cases and four deaths in the past 24 hours.
Health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said there were 838 recoveries, bringing the total number of those discharged to 38,092.
In a statement, Noor Hisham said the 1,290 cases bring the total number of infections in the country to 51,680.
Meanwhile, the four deaths bring the toll to 326.
