Kuala Lumpur, Aug 17 — The health ministry has reported 19,631 Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours.
In a tweet, health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the total number of infections now stands at 1,444,270.
Selangor recorded the highest number of cases with 5,753
This was followed by Sabah (2,103) and Kedah (1,863). While Perlis has 37 cases and Labuan recorded 0 case today.
