中国驻马来西亚大使馆官方微信账号“马来西亚领事通”昨日(6月13日)发布了关于外国人赴华签证申请的最新通知,详情如下:

根据通知要求,自2022年6月13日起,中国驻马来西亚使馆更新赴华商务、工作、探亲等签证办理要求如下:

一、办理流程

(一)申请普通签证

1.登录https://cova.cs.mfa.gov.cn在线填写签证申请表,打印出确认页及表格,并在确认页及表格第九项签字。

2.在线预约递交申请时间,打印出签证预约确认表。 

3.按预约时间本人亲自到中国签证申请服务中心递交申请,并留存十指指纹。如需邮寄服务请提前咨询签证中心。

*以下签证申请人可免除指纹采集(免采指纹人员可委托他人递交签证申请):未满14周岁或超过70周岁人员;持外交护照或符合外交、公务、礼遇签证审发条件人员;五年内持同一本护照在我馆或吉隆坡中国签证申请服务中心申办签证并留存过指纹的人员;十指指纹均无法留存人员。

(二)持外交、公务护照人员及外交、公务、礼遇签证申请

登录https://cova.cs.mfa.gov.cn完成在线填表(无需在线预约),打印出确认页及表格,并在确认页及表格第九项签字,持护照及其他申签材料到使馆领事侨务处办理。

二、普通签证材料要求

(一)在线填写的申请表(请打印全表,共8页);

(二)护照原件和资料页等复印件;

(三)申请表内上传的照片原件1张;

(四)在马合法停留或居留证明(适用于第三国在马申请者)

(五)原中国护照或原中国签证(适用于曾有中国国籍,后加入外国国籍者);

(六)新冠肺炎疫苗接种证明;

(七)除上述(一)至(六)项材料外,还需提交以下各类签证材料:

Q1字签证(团聚)Q2字签证(探亲)①中国公民的外籍家庭成员;②在华具有永久居留资格的外国人的外籍家庭成员。*家庭成员仅限:配偶、父母、配偶的父母,子女、子女的配偶,兄弟姐妹,祖父母、外祖父母,孙子女、外孙子女。①申请人与邀请人之间的家庭成员关系证明(结婚证、出生证、户口簿、公安派出所出具的亲属关系证明或亲属关系公证书等);②居住在中国境内的中国公民或具有中国永久居留资格的外国人出具的邀请函;③邀请人的中国身份证明(如中国身份证、户口簿),或外国人护照及中国永久居留证。
S1字签证(随居)S2字签证(探亲)Z字签证或工作类居留许可持有人的配偶、父母、未满18周岁的子女、配偶的父母。①申请人与邀请人之间的亲属关系证明(如婚姻关系证明、结婚证、出生证等)原件;②在中国境内工作的外国人出具的邀请函;③邀请人的护照及居留证件复印件。
S2字签证(私人事务)紧急人道主义签证,如赴华奔丧或探望病危重亲属。死者或患病亲属的身份证件(如外国人护照等)、死亡证明或医院出具的诊断书、病危通知书,亲属关系证明等材料。
R字签证高端人才《外国高端人才确认函》*配偶和未成年子女提交关系证明(如结婚证、出生证明)申办S2签证。
C字签证机组人员外国运输公司出具的担保函或中国境内有关单位出具的邀请函。

Notice on the Latest Requirements for Visa Application

In accordance withthe relevant arrangement, starting from 13 June, 2022, the Embassy of China in Malaysia will make adjustments on visa application requirements for business, work and family visits to China as follows:1. application procedures1.1Visa applications except for Diplomatic and Service Passport Holders and Diplomatic, Service and Courtesy Visasa.Fill out the visa application form online  (https://cova.cs.mfa.gov.cn), print out the confirmation page and form, and sign the confirmation page and item 9 of the form.b. Make an appointment online to submit the application and print out the visa appointment confirmation form.c. Submit the application in person at the Chinese Visa Application Service Center (CVASC) in Kuala Lumpur at the appointment time and retain ten fingerprints. Please contact the Visa Center in advance if you need postal service.*The following applicants can be exempt from fingerprint collection: Applicants under the age of 14 or over 70; Diplomatic passport holders, or applicants eligible for Diplomatic, Service and Courtesy visas; Applicants who already had their fingerprints collected within the past five years at the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia or the CVASC in Kuala Lumpur with the same passport; Applicants with all fingers uncollectible.1.2 Applications for Diplomatic and Service Passport Holders and Diplomatic, Service and Courtesy VisasPlease fill out the visa application form online (https://cova.cs.mfa.gov.cn, no online appointment is required), print out the confirmation page and form, sign the confirmation page and item 9 of the form, and submit the visa application to the Consular Office of the Embassy.2. Material Requirements except for Diplomatic and Service Passport Holders and Diplomatic, Service and Courtesy Visas2.1 Application form completed online ( please print-out of the full form, 8 pages in total);2.2 Original passport and copy of the information page or other pages if needed;2.3 One original photo same as in the application form;2.4 Certificate of lawful stay or residence permit (for citizens of other countries who are in Malaysia);2.5 Original Chinese passport or original Chinese visa (for those who had Chinese nationality and later joined a foreign nationality);2.6 Certificate of COVID-19 vaccination;2.7 In addition to the visa documents in 2.1 to 2.6 above, the following types of visa documents must be submitted:

Q1-VisaQ2-VisaIssued to foreign family members of Chinese citizens or foreign family members of foreigners with permanent residence status in China.*”family members” refers to spouses, parents, parents-in-law, children, spouses of children, brothers and sisters, grandparents and grandchildren.① Certification (marriage certificate, birth certificate, household register, certification of kinship issued by Public Security Bureau or notarized certification of kinship) showing the relationship of family members between applicant and inviting individual② An invitation letter issued by a Chinese citizen or a foreign citizen with a Chinese permanent residence permit who lives in China③ Proof of the  inviting individual’s Chinese identity (e.g. Chinese ID card, household register), or foreigner’s passport and Chinese permanent residence permit 
S1-VisaS2-VisaIssued to spouse, parents, children under the age of 18, parents of the spouse of the holder of a Z visa or work category residence permit.  ① Original certification (marriage certificate, birth certificate, certification of kinship or notarized certification of kinship) showing the relationship of immediate family members between applicants and inviting individual② An invitation letter from the inviting individual (a foreigner who stays or resides in China for work)③ A photocopy of the inviting individual’s passport and residence permit.
S2-VisaFor emergency humanitarian visas, such as those for funerals or visits to critically ill relatives in China.The identity documents of the deceased or ill relative (e.g. foreigner’s passport, etc.), a death certificate or a certificate of diagnosis, critical illness notice issued by a hospital, proof of kinship, etc. shall be submitted.
R-VisaIssued to those who are high-level talents or whose skills are urgently needed in China.“Confirmation Letter for High Level Foreign Talents”*Spouses and children under the age of 18 submit proof of relationship (e.g. marriage certificate, birth certificate) to apply for an S2 visa.
C-VisaIssued to crew members.A letter of guarantee issued by a foreign transport company or an invitation letter issued by a relevant entity in China
