The European Union Aviation Safety Agency has decided to ground Boeing 737 Max 9 planes following the Alaska Airlines incident, according to Reuters, after a similar decision from the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration.

On Friday, part of a Boeing 737 MAX 9 fuselage blew out on an Alaska Airlines flight out of Portland in the U.S. state of Oregon.
