KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 22 — The China Entrepreneurs Association in Malaysia (PUCM) has launched a video clip in conjunction with the Chinese New Year celebration.
The video clip, which also commemorates its fifth anniversary, conveys good wishes to the people of China and Malaysia and hopes to promote cooperation between the two countries.
PUCM president Datuk Keith Li told Bernama that the association would continue to promote cooperation in science and technology, including by bringing more of China’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) and smart technology into Malaysia to assist in local technology development.
The three-minute video (https://youtu.be/KWmDq4-6wrQ) features AI and smart technology and reviews PUCM’s milestones over the past five years.
It includes footage on Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad’s congratulatory message, Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail officiating PUCM’s 2019 annual dinner, the hosting of Malaysia’s first China Smart Technology exhibition, launching of its publications and trilingual news apps, its charitable events and its merging into mainstream society.
Li said these events have helped make PUCM an essential part of the bilateral relationship.
PUCM, established in 2015, has over 140 members, including 50 entrepreneurs from China who are married to Malaysians.
