Kuala Lumpur, July 23–The “Shandong Export (Malaysia) Cloud Exhibition 2020″ is jointly organised by Shandong Provincial Department of Commerce, Shandong International Business Federation and China Construction Bank Shandong and Labuan Branch. 

This is an online business event between Malaysia and China’s Shandong Province machinery manufacturing industry and the registration is open to Chinese and Malaysian enterprises. 

There are more than 120 manufacturing companies from China and about 50 organisations and SMEs from Malaysia and its neighbouring countries participating in this exhibition yesterday.

Through cloud technology, the cloud exhibition holds its opening ceremony, digital 3D exhibition, online business discussion and the products involved are machine tools and accessories, hardware tools, metal processing equipment etc.  

The Malaysian exhibitor from Prudential Resources Recycle Sdn Bhd, stated: “The international trade in most countries has been partly affected amid Covid-19 pandemic.  Through this cloud exhibition, it is possible to seamlessly connect the world within reach for more economic and trade activities between the two countries.  In fact, Malaysian companies are looking forward to participate more in this kind of cloud exhibitions. And the “CCB Match Plus” platform has successfully built a bridge for Maritime Silk Road friendship between the two countries’ companies.”

The “CCB Match Plus” platform utilises financial technology to achieve data mining and precise matching for cross-border transactions, investment as well as project and business collaboration. 

As of today, the Platform has  more than 600,000 registered users with approximately 1 million online demands being made, of which about 50,000 deals were successfully sealed.
