PETALING JAYA, Aug 24: The health ministry has recorded 7 new Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours, this brings the infection tally to 9,274.
Health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said 6 recoveries were recorded, pushing the total number of patients discharged to 8,965.
No new deaths have been recorded, with the death toll remaining at 125, or 1.35% of the total number of positive cases.
