PUTRAJAYA Sept 12: The health ministry reported 58 new Covid-19 infections today, 49 of them in Sabah.
Today’s tally pushes the total number of cases in Malaysia to 9,868, with 551 active cases.
Health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said 8 patients were discharged today, bringing the total number of patients who have recovered from the virus to 9,189.
No new deaths were reported today, keeping the death toll at 128 .
