PUTRAJAYA, Oct 29 — As many as 43 Tabika Perpaduan and one Taska Genius Perpaduan in Kuching, Sarawak will be closed from tomorrow until Nov 13, following the declaration of the area as a Red Zone by the Health Ministry (MOH).

The National Unity Ministry in a statement today said the closure of the kindergartens and nursery  involved 830 children and 92 teachers.

Its Minister Datuk Halimah Mohamed Sadique in the statement reminded all the ministry’s machinery in the Red Zones to comply with health protocols and Standard Operating Procedures stipulated by the MOH, the National Security Council as well as directives from the state governments.
