PUTRAJAYA，Nov 5: The health ministry has reported 1,009 Covid-19 cases and six deaths in the past 24 hours.
This is the fourth day in a row that Malaysia’s cases reached four digits.
Health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said there were 839 recoveries, bringing the total number of those discharged to 25,654.
In a press conference, Noor Hisham said the 1,009 cases bring the total number of infections in the country to 36,434.
Meanwhile, the six deaths bring the toll to 277.
