PUTRAJAYA, Feb 26 — Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Religious Affairs) Datuk Seri Dr Zulkifli Mohamad Al-Bakri as well as Agriculture and Food Industries Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ronald Kiandee today received their COVID-19 vaccination at the Putrajaya Health Office in Precinct 11 here.
They arrived at the Vaccine Administration Centre (VAC) at about 3 pm and the entire vaccination process took about 40 minutes.
When met outside the health office, Zulkifli, who is a COVID-19 survivor, said the vaccination process was carried out in an orderly and careful manner according to the standard operating procedures (SOP) set.
“Alhamdulillah, the shot doesn’t hurt and I’m confident that if everyone supports this programme (National COVID-19 Immunisation Programme) we will win against COVID-19. The theme ‘Protect Yourself, Protect All’ is very accurate,” he said.
Zulkifli recovered from COVID-19 on Oct 14, last year after testing positive 10 days earlier.
Meanwhile, Kiandee called on Malaysians to sign up for the National COVID-19 Immunisation Programme.
