KUALA LUMPUR, April 26 — The Armed Forces Fund Board (LTAT) today launched a mobile application called MyWIRA to facilitate its contributors to carry out transactions online.

Senior Minister of Defence Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said he hoped that LTAT contributors would fully utilise the application.

“I call on all LTAT contributors to make full use of the services offered by LTAT through the application, such as checking their account, as well as the status of withdrawal applications.

“The MyWIRA application also provides an easy alternative for LTAT contributors to conduct their transactions without having to go to the counter or through the LTAT website,” he said at the MyWIRA Application launching ceremony at Wisma Pertahanan, here today.

Also present were Chief of Defence Force Gen Tan Sri Affendi Buang, Chief of Navy Admiral Tan Sri Mohd Reza Mohd Sany and Chief of Air Force Gen Tan Sri Ackbal Abdul Samad.

Ismail Sabri said the application can be downloaded through Apple Apps Store and Google Play Store.

Meanwhile, LTAT chairman Gen (R) Tan Sri Dr Mohd Zahidi Zainuddin said the board has set a target of 80 per cent of its contributors to register via the application by April next year.

MyWIRA is an application specially designed for the convenience of contributors to monitor their investments and withdrawal applications.
