KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 20 — Tower A of YOO8 serviced by Kempinski (YOO8) Branded Residence in 8 Conlay here is at 60.31 per cent completion with 100 per cent completion of structural work and 85 per cent of architectural work as of August 3.
KSK Land in a statement today said it continued to expect the completion of YOO8 Tower A by early 2023 and subsequently, YOO8 Tower B by the end of 2023.
It said this would be followed by the completion of the retail podium, which is expected within the first half of 2023, while the 8 Conlay Kempinski Hotel is expected to be completed within the first half of 2024.
