PUTRAJAYA, Dec 15 — Deputy Foreign Minister Datuk Mohamad Alamin on Thursday received a courtesy call from nine future Malaysian Ambassadors and High Commissioners at his office here.

During the visit, they discussed and exchanged views on the latest developments in bilateral relations between Malaysia and the countries concerned.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement that Mohamad also expressed his confidence that the duties entrusted to all of them can be carried out in the best way to uphold country’s interests as well as to continue raising Malaysia’s image on the international stage.

He also expressed hope that the Malaysian representatives abroad will continue to work closely with the host countries in order to improve existing relations, including attracting more foreign investment to Malaysia.
