Thousands of people flocked to Johor Baru city on Saturday (Feb 11) night to witness the return of the Chingay Festival after three years of subdued celebrations. The Chingay procession began at 7pm with devotees leading the parade along a 7.8km stretch starting from Xing Gong Temple at Jalan Ulu Air Molek passing through several roads in Johor Baru.
