Malay Businessmen & Industrialists Association of Malaysia (Perdasama Nasional), strengthens International Collaboration with Shandong Wei Fang through Memorandum of Understanding Signing which took place at Mayang Sari Grand Ballroom JW Marriot Hotel Kuala Lumpur, 183, Jalan Bukit Bintang, 55100 Kuala Lumpur on 29th May, 2023 (Monday).

The highly anticipated China-Malaysia Business Cooperation and Matchmaking Conference, scheduled in Kuala Lumpur, has reached another significant milestone. The organizing committee is thrilled to announce the participation of the esteemed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China of Malaysia H.E. Quyang Yujing, as the event’s distinguished Guest of Honor. Additionally, an essential Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been established between the China Chamber of International Commerce Shandong, Weifang Chamber and the Malay Businessmen & Industrialists Association of Malaysia (Perdasama Nasional) further promoting bilateral trade, investment, and economic relations between China and Malaysia.

The MOU, dated May 29th, 2023, solidifies the commitment of the two China Chamber of International Commerce Shandong and Weifang Chamber and the Malay Businessmen & Industrialists Association of Malaysia (Perdasama Nasional) to strengthen and advance the cooperation between the two organizations and their respective countries. The salient features of the MOU which include:

  1. Promotion of Dependable and Advantageous Relations: The Two Parties recognize the need for a dependable, pragmatic, and mutually beneficial relationship between China and Malaysia. The MOU aims to foster effective and cordial relations among industrialists, businessmen, and entrepreneurs of both organizations and countries.
  2. Arrangement of B2B Meetings: The Two Parties will organize B2B meetings with delegations to improve trade, business-friendly policies, and exchange information. This platform will facilitate collaboration requests and offer business opportunities to members.
  3. Participation in International/National Events: Both parties will support and facilitate the participation of their respective business communities in international and national conferences, fairs, exhibitions, and seminars in both regions. This will provide a platform for networking and exploring potential partnerships.
  4. Exchange of Trade and Investment Opportunities: The Two Parties will inform each other of activities and initiatives that have the potential to promote trade and investment opportunities. Through this exchange, both organizations aim to enhance bilateral economic cooperation.
  5. Publicity and Support: Both parties will take appropriate measures to publicize events related to their activities. This will ensure widespread awareness and participation, further enhancing the success of collaborative initiatives. Additionally, both parties commit to providing comprehensive support and assistance to investors interested in launching investment projects in the respective countries.
