BEIJING, Sept 26 — China’s State Council Information Office has today released a white paper titled “A Global Community of Shared Future: China’s Proposals and Actions”, that aimed to introduce the theoretical base, practice and development to realise a global community of shared future.

State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi said the government hoped the white paper could improve understanding and expand consensus in the international community, and reinforce the global effort to realise this vision.

“Over the past decade, the vision of building a community with a shared future for mankind has gained wider international consensus.

“More and more countries and people have come to realise that this vision reflects the people’s call for peace, justice and progress,” he told a press conference here, Tuesday.

The white paper consists of five parts, outlining both the vision and path to build a global community of shared future.

It was also published in eight languages – Chinese, English, French, Russian, German, Spanish, Arabic, and Japanese.

Chinese President Xi Jinping first raised the vision of a global community of a shared future when addressing the Moscow State Institute of International Relations in 2013.
