Kuala Lumpur, Aug 27 — The health ministry has reported 22,070 Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours.
In a tweet, health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the total number of infections now stands at 1,662,913.
Selangor recorded the highest number of cases with 5,920.
This was followed by Sabah (3,010) and Sarawak (2,224). While Putarjaya has 39 cases and Labuan recorded 8 cases today.
