Kuala Lumpur, Aug 31 — The health ministry has reported 20,897 Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours.
In a tweet, health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the total number of infections now stands at 1,746,254.
Selangor recorded the highest number of cases with 4,371.
This was followed by Sabah (2,594) and Sarawak (2,285). While Putrajaya has 25 cases and Labuan recorded 1 case today.
