KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 10 — The Pilgrims Fund Board (TH) has been awarded as the Best Recipient of the Social Track Award for Public Sector Innovation (AINSA) 2023 for its online service application, THiJARI.

TH Group managing director and chief executive officer Syed Hamadah Syed Othman, in a statement today, said it was presented by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim at the Public Sector Perdana Innovation Awards AIPSA) presentation ceremony themed ‘Malaysia MADANI Empowering Innovation’.

He said the award was a recognition for TH, in addition to reflecting the commitment and diligent efforts of TH staff  in providing the best service to more than nine million depositors through the THiJARI application, which is in line with TH’s efforts towards digitalisation.

“THiJARI is TH’s initiative and commitment to make it easier for depositors to carry out online transactions safely without having to go to a branch office,” he said.

According to Syed Hamadah, the award  also signifies the trust of TH depositors and that TH always strives to provide the best facilities and services to TH depositors.

AIPSA was held  to recognise and celebrate agencies that have made significant contributions and given added value to the delivery of public services through innovation.
